Media Analysts Weigh In On 'NYT' Pay Plan

We were first on the Web with the NYT news this morning (beyond the Times, of course), and first to collect quick reactions from insiders and experts on Twitter. Now we start gathering more in-depth blog postings by the same folks. More to come, but for starters:

Ken Doctor of Content Bridges. A "big bet" and a lot of questions.
Felix Salmon at Reuters: Bad, sad.
Dan Kennedy of Northeastern: "Predictable" thoughts.
Steve Outing, formerly of E&P: "Preliminary" reactions.
Bill Mitchell of Poynter: "One big opportunity" and one big risk.
Michael Roston at True/Slant: What the Times should, should not, charge for.
CJR takes a good look here.
Mashable: Weight and see.
