The NYT Book Review this coming Sunday features a valuable review by Walter Isaacson of two new books on presidential power -- by famed writer and columnist Garry Wills and "torture memo" author John Yoo. You may not be surprised to learn that they don't see eye to eye but the comparisons are valuable. Isaacson concludes that Wills more often has it right but that the "tides of history" seems to be against him. On a side note: One still has to wonder about NYT putting so much of its Sunday print edition online (before pay plan) so early.
